Manilva | Contracts

Manilva Contracts is a family business which was formed in 1994 to provide a high quality redecoration, refurbishment and planned maintenance service covering all types of commercial and residential property.

Recently we linked with Surrey Decorators Ltd in a partnership agreement which has provided further growth.

Our team is aware of the need for continual health and safety and quality assessment, and have held since 2003 full accreditation for ISO 9001: 2008 Quality management systems. We carry out full Risk assessments on all our projects and provide CDM Health and Safety Plans where appropriate. We are a member of the Safe Contractor Health and Safety Scheme. We are registered with Construction line.

Since 1999 we have been a ICI Dulux Contract Partner, which can provide for our clients a full specification of painting works, colour schemes, audits of contract quality and of course manufacturers guarantees and back up.

Manilva Contracts together with our partner Surrey Decorators carry out contracts from a value of £1000.00 up to £2 million, for a wide variety of clients in both the private and public sectors. We cover Greater London and the Home Counties together with the M23 corridor down to and including the south coast.
